This is great for a family dinner or all the way to a dinner for company! It is very good and requires basic ingredients that you would normally have in your kitchen.


1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp pepper
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 can mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients except soup. Pat on cookie sheet with edges. Cover with plastic wrap. Let set overnight in refrigerator.
Cut into squares (around 2 or 3 inch in size). Flour and brown in a skillet with a little oil in it. Convert into a 9x 13 inch glass baking pan, then cover with soup and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 250 degrees.
