SLOPPY JOES & HOMEMADE CHIP DIP

This is an all time favorite for our family. It's easy and all so fast for one of those meals you may need in a hurry! I'm also adding my chip dip recipe as we put a dollop of this this on our bun with the sloppy Joe meat. YUM! Once you've tried this you will never buy the canned stuff again!

Sloppy Joe

1 lb. ground hamburger
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Brown the above ingredients in a skillet.

Add:
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

We serve this on hamburger buns.

Chip Dip

1 package of Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Put cream cheese into mixer and add onion and milk and salt. Mix till blended together. You may
need more or less of the milk to reach your desired consistency.
