This is a great soup for the cooler evenings we are starting to have, plus it is just plain delicious!

1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. onion powder
2 cans tomato juice (quart size)
1 package taco seasoning
1Tablespoon chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 can kidney beans
1 small can pitted black olives (already sliced)
1 15 ounce can corn
Cheddar cheese (grated)

Put your hamburger in a large soup pan and brown, stir in onion powder, add tomato juice, taco seasoning and chili powder, salt & pepper, olives and corn. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 30 to 45 min. When dishing into bowls have the Frito's and cheese out so each person can put in as much as they want.
